As the Founding Head of School at Hebrew Language Academy 2 Charter School in Brooklyn, NY, Ashley established a thriving educational community, leading a diverse team of over 60 staff members. She expertly managed all aspects of the school’s operations, from human resources functions to budget oversight, ensuring that every decision was aligned with the school's mission and strategic goals. Her commitment to building an inclusive culture emphasized collaboration, shared experiences, and a focus on compassionate communication.

 

Currently, as an Educational Consultant, Ashley partners with schools to develop tailored growth strategies that enhance organizational culture, align stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
